It's very much for SMEs. I don't start with huge projects: I find one process where AI saves time or cuts errors — visual quality control, automatic reading of delivery notes and invoices, demand forecasting — and start there with a pilot. If it doesn't bring a measurable benefit within a few weeks, there's no point scaling it. Serve eccome alle PMI. From there you start with a low-investment pilot — better to validate on a single process before spending on a large solution. Generative AI (LLMs) is for language: answering questions on manuals and specs, drafting reports, handling customer emails. In most SMEs it's best to use them together — ML on production, LLMs on documents and knowledge.
